Healthier eating can be a challenge for most people especially with all the different “fad” diets out there. The best way to approach this is to take one day at a time. Don’t be overwhelmed by everything you read on the internet. What really helps me is taking small attainable steps in the right direction. Let me share with you 10 ways to healthier eating habits.
1. Be REAL with yourself:

Every new year Christians all across the world come together to experience the “Daniel Fast.” The fast usually begins the first Sunday or Monday after the new year. The Daniel Fast is based on the fasting experience of the prophet Daniel who objected the Babylonian laws of eating. The King’s food was against dietary laws, Daniel and his friends were against wine, and the King’s foods had been offered up to idols and demons.
